Age Requirements

At Palm Lake Co-op, we want our residents to be of a similar generation. You won't hear loud car radios waking you up at midnight. You WILL find friends with common interests and enjoy our quiet sanctuary.

Security Is Important

Our 55+ community is a gated community to ensure the security and safety of our residents - me and YOU! Additionally, we have our own Red Cross Hurricane Shelter. Your peace of mind is of utmost importance at Palm Lake Co-op.

Luxurious Amenities

Our 55+ community is comprised of 900 home sites with beautifully groomed landscapes. Common areas are plentiful and include three clubhouses with large, heated pools and whirlpool spas. We even have our own fresh-water lake, where you can fish away the day or take advantage of the scenic view. We also provide on-site banking and a mobile library.
